Roomba lithium battery upgrade.

Only had it for two weeks, the battery appears to have a slow discharge rate than the standard Ni-Cad. Just need to reset the roomba otherwise battery charging will throw a charging error 3. I no longer need to keep the battery trickle charging while idling and still lasts 2 cleaning cycles with battery green indicator light.

Pros

Easy to install. Works beautifully

Cons

The battery may not hold a charge as long as the original Roomba battery

It was easy to install with a Philips screwdriver, and fired up right away without charging (first a plus of Li-ion).Note:recycle your old battery at Home Depot or Lowes , don''t throw in the garbage.Will see if the higher capacity shows as a benefit...since the charger is''nt designed for Li-ion type.
