Cheap quality well packaged
The first thing you notice upon opening these tweezers is how nicely packaged they are. The second thing you'll notice is how unfinished they are - the edges are sharp and need some smoothing. For a few bucks more you can get professional tweezers, but if you're on a budget they will work if you're careful. I have no idea if they're rustproof or not, but I'm sure I'll find out in a day or two.
