Let's be scientific - or as much as we can - about durability and their claims. The wiring is what I got from a digital microscope camera. I use it for PCB routing. The diameter of the tip right out of the box is just over 0.1mm - closer to 0.127mm. On this scale, however, it probably doesn't matter. In fact, when it comes to PCB routing, more is better. Copper is better to cut a little more than less. The cover is a bit uneven. After traces of cutting on the circuit board - depth 0.3 mm, 12000 rpm, working speed 400 mm/min, immersion speed 200 mm/min for approx. 40 minutes. show some wear but not terrible. As I said, the cutting edge is clean and free of burrs. The coating on the cut edge is gone so I can see it will wear off. So I'm giving this one a 4 for the nice raw edges out of the box. I hope the coating could last a little longer and apply better. Let's see how long this lasts.
