Review on 🚲 Amazon Basics 2-Inch Hitch Bike Racks (2, 3, or 4 Bike Capacity) by Tyrone Carter

If I could give negative stars I would! Here are a few things I don't like: 1) The holes in the second step are misaligned. This has been mentioned in several other reviews. But for some reason most of these other reviews give the product higher stars. I'm not sure how people rate this. If the holes are not aligned, I cannot assemble/install and use it effectively. Yes, some people have a drill that can enlarge the hole, but most customers don't. That alone is a deal breaker for me. Revain must discontinue the product (or fix a manufacturing defect) before selling any other product. 2) I don't know how Amazon calculates the overall rating. This product does not deserve an overall rating of 4.5. In addition to the above manufacturing defect, it also cannot accommodate women's or children's bikes. Here are our plans for family outings with this one. 3) Many of the five-star reviews are for verified "free products". Yes! Experiences like this make me lose confidence in Amazon's rating system and overall confidence in using Amazon. I think they need to fix more than just the product.
