I like how easy it was for me to use, as well as understand. It's very user friendly! The fact that you can make custom fields within your organization makes this software so much easier than other programs out there. Sometimes when you're having issues with an employee or client not being able to access certain records, you have no way of knowing what information they need in order to complete their request. This program has made it super simple to create different reports to help them get everything they need without having to ask questions over email. It also helps keep track of all requests from clients and employees which we didn't do before. We used to just send emails back and forth but now our time is saved because we don't have to write down any important info. Plus, if something does come up where one person isn't sure about something, they can go into the system themselves instead of asking someone else who might be busy at the moment.
