I ordered this Bluetooth headset not knowing what to expect. I ordered it for business calls as I wanted something wireless and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Outstanding quality for the price. Comes with a very sturdy and stylish charging case and all accessories including the charging cable. It fits my ear perfectly and doesn't cause any discomfort or pain after a few hours of use. It is also very easy to carry. I use it for business calls and the sound quality is excellent. I can hear others with no problem. Pairing with your device and setting up is very easy. Once you set it up, it will connect automatically as soon as you take it out of the charging case if the Bluetooth function is activated on your phone. You don't have to connect the device every time you decide to use it. I walk a lot while talking and the range is very wide. The buttons are easily accessible. It charges fairly quickly and the battery life has been great so far. The usage time is about 8 hours of talk time when fully charged. It comes with additional ear pieces to find the perfect fit for your ear. I will also buy one for my husband. Great Bluetooth headset to use while driving. Great price compared to other Bluetooth headsets available. I recommend it, especially considering the price.
