I like that it is easy for me as an owner of my business because when someone leaves something negative about our property we can easily respond back with photos or other information showing what has been done in order improve their stay at our facility! It makes us look professional which customers appreciate very much!! Nothing really bad right now but sometimes there are delays from time-to-time depending upon how busy they get during certain times of year/months compared to others. Sometimes you have no way around this so just be patient if its one day delay than maybe try again later or use another service until theirs not down?? We love using AMH. Its great customer support (even though some days may seem slow) - super helpful staff always willing to help even after hours via phone calls etc..
