My son really liked this microphone. He used it with his laptop while playing with friends. He never complained about it until one day it just stopped working! He had it for 10-11 months before it started to fail. If you plug it into a USB port, it will no longer connect, so the mic won't turn on or, more importantly, stay on. If you wiggle the plug, the indicator on the microphone will toggle on and off, but it won't turn on by itself. So disappointing! UPDATE ON THE ABOVE REVIEW: I contacted customer service and they responded quickly! They were delighted to know that my son liked this mic and happily sent him a new one for free! I had my doubts, but in fact he got a new mic a week later and he's happily using it while I'm typing this. Not only is this a good product that my son has been using day in and day out for the past 10-11 months, but the customer service is happy to work with you to make you a satisfied customer!
