Cheap, "works", could be much better. I read the reviews and was still ready to buy, but most of them were correct in my conclusions. Problem #1 is instability. The wheels are on the inside and so narrow that the truck bed is less usable (the boxes either sit on top of the wheel covers, which can damage the box items, or you place them forward, flat on the old surface, wasting a few inches of truck space and Pivot change... and sideways tipping factor due to narrow wheelbases Pull it extra carefully or pick up your load if it tips over.
