Fits my 2001 Chevy Astro

My Chevy Astro horn stopped working and after looking at all the simple things it should have in the steering wheel. I found that the wire that is part of this assembly broke the plastic bracket which is why the horn didn't work. This analysis is exactly the same as the original.
