I like it... but only if it works...

Has had it for about a year and really likes it. But now he starts with false starts. The drill is cool with a fresh, full battery and will work when there is no load, but as soon as you TOUCH the wall the drill will work. I love Bosch but only a year of light/moderate use and then it gets a bit disappointing.
