Why you should consider this monitor for work, not just for gaming

Yes, it's a "gaming" monitor, but other than that, it's a good monitor for work. I was looking for a good and cheap FHD monitor and decided on the VG245H for various reasons. TWO HDMI PORTS -> If you have multiple computers or want a colleague to project on yours, then having two ports is very useful. I wanted to be able to connect a switch and a laptop at the same time, so this was perfect. 75Hz over HDMI -> Who said high refresh rates should be limited to gamers only? 75 Hz only works with HDMI connection (no display port required). how easy is it ADJUSTABLE STAND -> This was actually one of the main reasons why I chose this monitor. The angle/height adjustment of this monitor is top notch. This is similar to the VG248QE setup. PRICE -> I wanted an IPS monitor but didn't want to spend too much. It's not IPS, but costs less than $200. BAD -> There is only one downside, but that doesn't stop me from giving this one 5 stars. First, color accuracy = bullshit. Experiment with profiles until you find the right one for you. Overall, the low response time and high refresh rate (although it's only just over 60Hz) give you performance benefits that are great not only for gaming but for office work as well.

Pros
  • computers and accessories
Cons
  • Restricted ports and entrances
