First of all this device paired immediately and perfectly and is 100% working as a bluetooth receiver. I use it to make wireless headphones from an old pair of wires and use it as a wireless receiver for a DJ sound system so it's not tethered to a laptop. One less cable to deal with. The instructions are sufficient. Better than most manuals translated into Chinese. Speaking of cables, the included USB to micro USB cable used to charge the device was broken. It will not charge from multiple USB ports on a laptop or other wall or car USB chargers. So it's not the USB port, it's the cable. It wasn't critical as I had several micro USB cables and you probably have too. But if I didn't, it wouldn't be possible to charge the receiver (it came 70% charged) and it would be returned as faulty. Hence it gets 3 stars. 5 for good Bluetooth, 0 for bad cable.
