Review on Ancable 77300 47020 Compatible Silverado Suburban by Nathan Issa

This isn't my first gas cap, but it's the first that barely comes off. I was scared because I had just tested it before deciding to use it long term. I installed it on my 2002 Suzuki XL7. I tightened it until it crackled. I turned the key a quarter turn and then tried to remove it. Then it sounded like it was broken internally. It wasn't a whistling sound, it was the sound of broken plastic inside. It was brand new so I don't think it was damaged. After a minute or so I finally took it off. Then stupidly tried again. It took longer to get him back this time as the panic set in. A few minutes of pushing at different angles, trying different techniques, and in the end he came off again. This one gets a hard pass. Pack it up and send it back. I should have checked how many reliable reviews there are before ordering. I hope this helps the next person before committing to this crappy product.
