I have never written a review before but I think this product and company is well deserved by the public. You are outstanding! I needed to keep track of our company's production/capacity recovery as we reopen after being closed due to the pandemic. The working day became 12+ hours. I couldn't sit at my desk without a break, but multiple monitors are essential to my work. I received my Duex Pro and unfortunately the screen was scratched. Apparently it was an accidental manufacturing defect which to my knowledge does happen from time to time. I installed it anyway to see if it worked/like it and found a great product so I contacted the company through Revain and asked for a trade-in. To my delight, a replacement came to my door before I even saw them respond to my request. No questions were asked. There is no need to return damaged goods and buy new ones. No extra stress. THANK YOU for the great customer service! I will be a lifetime customer.
