My wife bought it for my birthday. The delivery was actually quicker than expected, so it was a pleasant surprise. It worked as expected, completely plug and play. An omission in the instructions. Let the adhesive discs dry for at least 3 hours. I installed the adhesive disks according to the instructions and then turned the laptop over so the weight of the laptop pressed down on the disks all night. I like everything about this monitor except for its brightness or lack thereof. It's easy to set up and use on the go, and very useful for extending my laptop's screen without forcing me to look down or sideways at a separate monitor. I just want it to get brighter; Once you set it to maximum there are no other tricks that improve the brightness and it's noticeably dimmer than my laptop screen.

The product is perfect and effective. I got it in 2020 and it worked fine. Recently I had some technical problems, so I contacted technical support. I received and installed it yesterday and quickly started using it. It is very easy to set up and use. Plug and play on my laptop with Windows 11. This makes the laptop a little heavy, but since I had to use it to open multiple documents at once (at home) and not for travel, this isn't a problem for me. You'll have to experiment with the settings to make it a little brighter.

This works wonders when you need a dual monitor! I like that it has magnets to attach to a laptop and the screen itself is big enough. You can control the brightness and it's really easy to connect and install. The only criticism is the magnets. After a while, they no longer stick to the laptop. Will probably have to buy more holding magnets or something.

While dual monitors help with productivity, I would like to point out that the monitor frequency is only 60MHz. So if you have a laptop with a higher frequency, you will notice mouse sluggishness every time you switch screens. It was a big hit in my career road. However, I need more magnets and can't find where to buy them. I recently upgraded my laptop and couldn't find any working magnets. Please help!

The monitor itself has a pretty good screen, but it's not designed for the monitor's weight. It feels very fragile and the screen sags when you slide it out. I would like more screen reinforcement in the part that attaches to the computer, which is also held in place by adhesive stickers. Not the best either.

After about 6 months my screen went gray and I could barely see. I called MB customer service to see if they would honor the one year warranty and they did. A new display was sent to me within a few days without any problems and I was able to send the damaged one back. Brian from their CS team was very responsive and took care of my issue right away. Worth buying!

This is a great idea for those who need more screen real estate. Adhesive pads don't work very well but I have velcro and it works fine now :).

I've been looking for a second monitor for my laptop for a long time. I wanted to use a separate screen until I found it in a Revain search. I am using Duex Plus on Lenovo Ideapad Windows 10 and the latest version of Displaylink. With the monitor connected, the laptop would not wake up with the lid closed and the screen would remain blank. If you remove the monitor or pull it out, the laptop wakes up. Lenovo has a magnetic sensor inside the lid and the magnetic mount interferes with it. Test to see if it's manageable or deal breaker. The sliding mechanism is also quite weak.

This stand is a bit fiddly to use, but works most of the time. Sometimes it accidentally crashes so I try to have something to back it up to avoid that.

I love this screen, the only thing I wish was it was bigger, but this screen is a life saver when I'm traveling and working on my second screen.

The Duex Pro portable monitor is a great addition to my WFH setup. The physical installation on my laptop was very easy (and it's very easy to adjust the positioning on the screen). Installing the software was easy and I was able to get the secondary screen working quickly. I like the ability to work with or without the Duex Pro as needed.
