It's not about the cable, it's about the connection
If you buy a replacement cable for your Acer because your original power cord doesn't make a good connection and doesn't charge the battery reliably, you save your money, this is not cable power, this connection. If your computer is still under warranty, contact Acer and send it back for repair. If the guarantee hasn't come yet, you're just as screwed up as I am.
