Easy to use and works well

We had a bit of an issue with the temperature control the first time, but that comes with practice. It works well and does a pretty reasonable job removing hair over 1/4 inch. The blue granules are slightly softer than the pink ones and work well on finer hair. I would recommend using an anesthetic cream before waxing, it makes facial waxing and Brazilian hair removal easier. nice smell Will buy again.
