The outer shell is durable, the inner fit is perfect for the Kardia and the elastic band keeps it secure. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for several reasons: 1. The zipper is small and feels flimsy/fragile. Time will tell how well it holds up, but I don't have high expectations.2. A small carabiner is a good idea, but it's very flimsy and attaches to the zipper. I would not trust him to do business.3. There is an inner pocket on the other side of the bag. However, it is too small to be useful. I thought I'd take some alcohol swabs with me but the pack is too small even for that. I would like the case to either do without the bag entirely and be correspondingly smaller, or be a bit larger and have enough space inside for a few practical accessories. All in all it's still good value for money and I would buy it again. I think this is something that should have been in the Kardia device from the start, so I'm glad this product is available. The snug/secure fit of this case on the Kardia device and the protection it offers is still very good.
