Have been using these at a large craft cocktail bar in Orlando for about a week and love them. The weight is good, they are strong. Feels like brass and I dig that because most others from the cocktail kingdom seem too soft and these aren't as good. I've blended, double-stirred, scooped, and even hot-stirred with the spoons indicated and it all worked well. 40cm is the perfect size for me and the dark gold color goes well with the ambient lighting at my work. Looks less glossy and more matte.
