With a few tweaks and tweaks, it's pretty decent for the money!
It's fine but sometimes it's a bit buggy with app bugs. Factory reset seems to have helped resolve these issues. It doesn't seem to have a full play store, I could be wrong, but I downloaded a copy online and replaced it anyway. Even though it is 64GB of storage, only 12GB is available for apps (apks) unless you insert a memory card to use with apps (apks). It serves the purpose for me, so I'm fine with that. With a little refinement for the money it's pretty decent!
