I love this mount. As others have commented, it's clearly well designed in terms of build quality and material strength. The only thing that didn't bother and surprise me at all, as almost everything in the kit seems to be put together so intelligently, were the anchors that came with it. The anchors look like typical drywall anchors, although the instructions say they can be used in concrete (brick facades which typically use metal anchors) I would NOT use them. I set them up for a moment - following the instructions, and when I tried to use the screws - the anchors just came out. I think I used a 3/8" pilot hole, one anchor went through and the other three didn't. They're just poorly designed, and these drywall anchors are designed to secure loads through friction. So gravity will eventually prevail... the question is when. IMPORTANT: I went to Lowe's and got the lever pins. These are the best choice and are mechanically superior, both in terms of how they carry loads and how they secure. I strongly recommend purchasing some leverage screws at the time of purchase if your intended use is actually a ceiling mounting point. Screw&qid=1555446934&s=Gateway&sr=8-16
