This is a very pretty little set of blocks that spell out the word LOVE. Each block is a different color, and the colors are accurately shown in the Manufacturer's photos. The blocks have a beautiful, smooth, satin paint finish, and each one is individually wrapped inside the package, to prevent scratching.I had questioned whether or not they would balance on their own, as the 'V' has a narrow bottom and the 'O' isn't flattened at the bottom. It took me a little longer to get the 'O' to balance than the other letters, but once set, it did stay in place (well, until my cat knocked everything over, LOL!). I've included a photo of the blocks balancing on a thin railing on my dresser. Note that there is a mirror behind the blocks, which is why you'll see their reflection in the photo. In the third picture, you can see the little sticky pads that are included, in case you want to use them to further prevent the blocks from moving.From a decorative perspective, these feature a pretty pastel coloration and neutral colors, so they will easily fit into most decors. The word LOVE is, of course, one of the best words we have, and these sweet blocks make me feel good whenever I look at them!
