Decent cover, very poor quality zipper

The cover is very nice and quite soft. I was thrilled to have a bag that closes with a zipper (not a button like it used to be). Unfortunately the zipper seems to be very cheap and didn't even last a use. Opened, in our ceiling, but it doesn't close. For the reasonable price (other king-size duvet covers are $100, the same as we paid for a duvet) we thought it would work well enough as a bedspread, so we ignored the broken zipper. I will say the king size duvet cover fits well but I made sure to check all sizes as other reviews suggested.
