I was looking for black "athletic" shorts to wear with t-shirts and jerseys to workout. I am a mother. I'm definitely not a teenager so I wanted something comfortable and stylish but not too short (like most juniors) and not too dated. It's the best of both worlds. The length of these shorts is just at my fingertips and they are very classic in style. I ordered black to try them out (because black goes with everything right?) but love that they come in a variety of colors! These are the perfect training shorts. Thanks to the mesh, they are not only very comfortable to wear during sports, but also for daily errands or just for playing with children. They cost a little more money than some of the others I've bought, but in terms of convenience, they're worth the price! I would buy them again!
