I like how it's very simple to use for our small office with just two employees in charge - one admin user who can do most things from there without any help! It does not have as many features compared other cloud services but if you are looking only at backups then this service should be fine enough until something better comes along or your needs change completely (which they will!). We needed some sort off "cloud" storage space where we could store all sorts data such has emails/documents etc so everyone had access regardless which computer was being used when accessing these files via email links sent out internally within an organisation.
