I like that it allows me have multiple user profiles so my team can see different aspects of our event or customer base than myself at all times without having separate accounts for each one! There's nothing i dislike about this program but perhaps more features could be added in order customize even further with what you are doing right now? It has been great being able use an outsource tool such as seraphin which helps us stay organized throughout events while still allowing some flexibility within those tools we cannot fully utilize ourselves due too time constraints etc...
