perfect for shabu and hot pot

I'm Asian American and I love this product for shabu and hot pot! The supermarket usually asks for too much cut meat for stews and frankly they don't use good quality meat. I brought some ribeye from Whole Foods and use a slicer to slice the meat, it tastes way better than the ones I bought. Now all my friends want to come to my house for a hot party ;)
