I usually wear size 9 but these are European sizes so 9 is 40, in the end I ordered 10 which is 42. I could put in my shoe inserts that the podiatrist gave me, so I need a little more space. That way my back doesn't cave in and there's room in the sock. Great shoes! Don't press on the balls of your feet like someone else said, at least not for me. I rarely need a size 10, but that depends on the style and manufacturer of the shoe. The seller was GREAT! I ordered several pairs to make sure I got the right fit. Sent them back after trying them with no problems! Thank you! I will buy again in a different color!
