Terrible. If you want something on clutchless feet, buy these. The underside is made of slippery plastic and can cause serious injury if you step on anything other than a completely flat surface. Even then, you will likely fall.

These shoes are fantastic. I walk/jog about 5-7 miles each day on our local trails. I have $90-$200 running shoes and these are the only ones I use when training. I will definitely get other colors.
