
It was an amazing shaver to begin with. Then the cutting head broke. I ordered a new head and after 3 months the new cutting head broke. I ordered another head, 3 months and broke again. I've had quite a few razors in my time and none of these heads have ever broken, just normal wear and tear. I googled and realized I'm not alone. I have not contacted Braun as most major companies attribute this to user error so I ordered a Braun 7 series because I think the design of the 9 series needs improvement so I accept the loss of US$300 dollars (9 series razors) and spend $200. on the most recommended Series 7. I would NOT recommend the Series 9, you will end up spending $100 or more to replace the heads!
