I bought a medium and was afraid it might be too big but using the larger slot was perfect. Fits my iPhone 7 snugly, didn't have to take it out of the case. The key slot is for a house key, but I needed room for a car key, which makes the card slot a nice feature. I was able to put my card and car key in this spot and it fit snugly around my arm. I was concerned that the velcro wouldn't be very strong, but it held its place while I jogged. Slots on the edge allow you to connect headphones. The touchscreen cover works but not for unlocking the phone with a fingerprint, but that's ok. We'll see how long the velcro lasts but overall a good buy for the price.
