I read many reviews before purchasing these lights. I was concerned that LED lights are too bright. We installed them over our RV beds. I was very happy that these lights were almost completely dimmed. There are no flashes or lights that change brightness on their own. They were very easy to install and all cables were out of sight. You need to know a little bit about wiring, although it wasn't too difficult. The remote works great and is small. I plan to buy more for other places in the RV.
