I haven't had any luck with this product, I was initially under the impression that it could work with a 13" MacBook Pro with M1 dual monitor, no docking station can do that (like in an hour 45 minutes on the phone with them).The problem is that the product can barely handle a bluetooth keyboard and second monitor without seriously slowing down to icy speeds.Customer service, sigh, it took a whole week to get my question answered: no , it can't run two monitors and then sell a more expensive product (nor can it), customer support is email only, chat never worked, I kept asking the same questions and gave them all the info, which they wanted.They asked for a tracking number which I gave them but as it was a Revain number they were able to find it.Finally sat I asked again what the product was and they finally replied. The problem was the response time, it was once a day and for some reason at 7:30 MDT. Terrible product and worst customer support.
