Review on ๐Ÿ‘• Dickies Men's Heavyweight T-Shirt X-Large - Clothing Shirts by Maurice Strawther

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good shirts, find the right one from a country and maybe find a good fit.

I'm 6.2 and 205 and don't like short sleeves that tuck into the armpits so I usually go up a size so the shoulder seam extends about an inch past the edge of the shoulder. In this case I accepted the offer to increase the size again as they run small? So XL usually works and I like the tail of the shirt to be longer so I want to tuck them in and they stay in place! Based on the reviews here I ordered a 2XLT so when they arrive the seam between the top of the sleeve and the shoulder is just above my shoulder but the sleeve is still a little short by 3/4 or even a full inch. They fit a little better before washing and I don't use the dryer on most of my clothes. Anyway, I'll leave the shirts, the collar seems to be well made and holds its shape, so that's important too. Note: Shirts from another order were made in Pakistan and were not listed as "Heavyweight". the same (maybe a little softer) and yet the fit is better with a sleeve about 1/2 inch larger than the sleeves on this order which were made in Nicaragua? The piping on the seams and the sleeves in Pakistani were a bit longer than in Nicaragua, both shirts were washed twice! IMO - the material used today is not going to hold up as well as it used to in the past compared to what it used to be. Shirts from the late 80's and early 90's that in my case lasted 20 years or more and many of them were made in the USA.
