But great shirts. Suitable for clothing

I love these shirts. Now I have about 12 different dark colors. They fit great and are beautifully finished. The material, while thicker than usual, isn't heavy or suffocating in the heat. However, they have two problems: 1) Colors fade, and some of them do so very quickly. Gray seems to hold up best. Green and brown tones lose color saturation with each wash. 2) These things are OIL MAGNETS. You might not notice anything as you wear it or wash it, but later it's not uncommon to pick a 'clean'…

Pros

Why does every company think you can be big OR big, but not both?

I'm 6ft 5in and close to 300lbs. Finding matching shirts is difficult and the search goes on. I needed plain black t-shirts for work so I ordered 4x here, they are so shorter that they don't get tucked in. You are more than enough. So if I were just "tall" they would be fine, but I have the standard 2x Haines shirts (which are clearly too small) which are longer than these. The sizing should be in width and height, not just width, but that's not unique to this shirt. Also, the sleeves are…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Lots of things

Large informal shirt that did not live up to expectations

Bought this shirt because of the pocket, high review and low price. I'm disappointed. First off, if you're a big NFL lumberjack, you'll probably love this shirt. I'm 5'11, 165 lbs, professional military. It fits me well on the shoulders and chest but hangs around my waist like a dress because NO shape or figure fits. I could live with that. This won't be the first shirt designed for tall people that I have to tailor to fit below the bust, but here's the real deal. There's something about the…

Great heavy t-shirt with pockets!

Dickie's men's short sleeve shirts are perfect for my husband! Here's a photo of him in orange which is great for his work. The shirts are made of dense material and perfectly keep their shape for a long time. He is 6ft 2in tall and weighs around 195lbs. He wears oversized clothes. At high temperatures in the dryer, they shrink a little and then fit perfectly.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

10 year review! Fits t-shirts

I have been buying these shirts for over 10 years. Ideal as a winter tank top or summer casual wear. Wash warm/normal and dry warm/normal. I buy one size larger than necessary due to shrinkage (3xlt shrinks to 2xlt). Neck 18.5 inches. chest 51 inches. 6 feet 4 inches. 240 pounds. Benefits: (7 shirts changed daily)* Heavy weight = 6.75 oz. 100% cotton* 2 years. First signs of stretching/wearing/fading* 3 years. Spare time Cons: I really can't think of any. Hope this review helps :)

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • Style 90

Don't Buy Crew Dickies T-Shirts

DON'T BUY A DICKIES T-SHIRT! I was looking for the perfect crew neck t-shirt. I thought I found it with the Dickies brand. The material was thicker than most other t-shirts at this price point. The haircut was good. And the cleavage was perfect. At least that's what I thought at the time. So I bought a few of these. I've invested a lot of money in what I think is a great all round product. Unfortunately, and to my great dismay, I found that crew necks are not as high quality as I first thought.

  • Stylish and Modern Design

Not very heavy "heavyweight "

First of all, I would like to say that I am basically satisfied with both the quality of the goods and the punctuality of the delivery. Used to purchase champion t-shirts; with a decent fabric density and a wide cut. A few years ago Fruit of the Loom bought out Champion and the fabric is lighter and the fit is slimmer which is now reminiscent of Fruit of the Loom t-shirts. Then I switched to Dickies (regular weight) available at Walmart. It had an even thicker fabric and an even wider cut than…

Pros
  • Doping πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive

I'm 6.2 and 205 and don't like short sleeves that tuck into the armpits so I usually go up a size so the shoulder seam extends about an inch past the edge of the shoulder. In this case I accepted the offer to increase the size again as they run small? So XL usually works and I like the tail of the shirt to be longer so I want to tuck them in and they stay in place! Based on the reviews here I ordered a 2XLT so when they arrive the seam between the top of the sleeve and the shoulder is just…
