Quilling is new to me, especially with the wider 1/4 inch paper. Update for thicker paper as thicker paper works well with the 1/8" narrow ruffle I made. However, I have found that the 1/4" thicker paper has some downsides as it folds more easily and also harder to launch into the slot. Juya papers are a great middle ground! They are firm enough to hold their shape, wrinkle easily etc but not so stiff that the problem I mentioned occurs. The colors are great, they are clean cut (e.g. no rough edges) and I've never received a damaged set And while the free gift they come with isn't of the highest quality I'm still thrilled that I get one.I use rulers and keep a slotted tool as a backup.I just wish Juya would let you buy more custom colors on the same webpage, maybe they will if you look for them color by color but that's too much work to me. But I still love Juya products.
