Review on VarCI by Doug Virden

I like the simplicity of the software and how easy it is to use. In addition, the support has been excellent. It's great being able to have my issues labeled quickly and having them addressed professionally. There are some minor bugs that you can't report directly. That said, they're working very hard to improve their product and fix those issues. We like the ease of using this tool. It makes tracking our issues much easier than other tools in the market. The customer service is also top notch! It's very easy to use with many features available for free at no cost. The interface is simple but it has some nice options like custom CSS styles or adding JavaScript libraries. I can't find any dislikes about this product as yet. We are using this software in our organization to manage issues from different projects and sub-projects which we have created. This tool makes managing them so much easier than before by providing an organized view through this software.
