is thicker than the OEM filter, it had to be reinforced a bit. This is normal, but the thickening it is likely to cause may restrict airflow. The airflow at the Max A/C setting is weaker, but the filter is also thicker and has an activated carbon filter, which probably also slows down the airflow. Aside from not fitting perfectly, the filter works great and the carbon layer is amazing (especially for scents).
