Like most of you who use self-propelled mowers, my mower's tires need constant airing. I saw this mucus tube supplement and thought it would work great. My tire tread is good but I have encountered numerous goat stickers and the tire is deflating. The hose was the perfect solution. The only problem was that the tube was difficult to install and the air shaft wanted to retract into the tire. I used a tire stem tool to hold the stem in place while I assembled the tire. After airing the tire and adjusting the tube along the way, everything was fine. I hope the tire stays inflated but at this point I see no reason why this repair is not permanent. I will buy another tube for the other rear wheel.
