Review on RideShark by Charles Collier

It's an amazing tool to monitor all of our rideshare trips, including drivers' hours/mileage logs as well! The ability to see when there is more available time than what we need makes it easy on management side too - which means no overbooking issues or wasted driver availability in future weeks!! I wish that ride share industry had this sooner but at least now you can find out if someone has been working overtime without pay during their off week (theoretically).

Also like any other piece of software they make changes periodically so sometimes it doesn't match up with old data until after updating and restarting the app. But overall very good product and definitely worth using across multiple sites! Easily tracking miles driven both alone AND via trip pool sharing within each site. Helps us keep track not only how much mileage was logged by specific employees per day etc., but also helps estimate total.
