Very nice! on my review.

Easy to use, fairly easy to clean (all pans with perforations are slightly harder to clean), and handles 440°F temps without apparent problems. What I really like about silicone baking (especially this mat) is how fast it cools when taken out of the oven. Within just a couple minutes, I can handle it with my bare hands.

Very good for baking tart pastry

Cons

The perforated holes may allow food to fall through, creating a mess in the oven
