This is not an indication of the seller who sold me this item. I find this product dubious at best. He doesn't live up to his hype in infomercials. First, a round sticky disc that can be placed on any surface to attach a suction cup will not work at all. I tried it on three different surfaces (all flat) and it refused to stick to any of them. Yes, they were cleaned before I put them on. Second, the suction cup that is designed to attach to the windshield works partially. He kept my smartphone/GPS for two trips. But after that, it's worth breaking away from the windshield and banging your phone on the console. It also almost always comes off when you take the phone off the sticky backing, even if you take the phone off at an angle like you should. Third, I had to buy three of these to get one that wasn't broken or damaged in any way.
