The support, as mentioned above, always responds very rapidly to issues.The system itself works fine without any difficulties but still we can do better, eithr by using native SDKs for other languages. There are some integration with applications like Salesforce CRm, Hubspot or Marketo which is nice, but they should make everything easier with native libraries and tools. With this, you save time and effort when setting up the systems yourself. If it were easy, I would have written my own API to connect directly with those sales/billing apps at no additional cost! Also, there isn't much of an open source community within China (maybe that's changing with new regulations). For integrations between CRMs and accounting software, the benefits include centralised data storage so you don´t rely directly on each client software. I like the fact that it is fully customizable to meet my needs and requirements. It has the ability to manage all of our accounts within one platform. There are some things I dislike about Omnia 360 such as the fact that they haven't released updates in a while (I think they have been focusing more on their mobile app) and the fact that it sometimes crashes when you try to do something with it. We have made some great changes using Omnia 360 and we have had no problems.
