*** I originally only left 1 star to let people unhappy with the screen size know they were getting great service in getting the issue resolved. aeropress. It was too thick and didn't fit close to size. All advice on how to make it fit involved modifying the original design of the Aeropress itself. Adjust our filter. However, they said they redesigned the filter to make it thinner to fit tighter barrage systems and offered to send me two filters to replace my one filter. I informed them that I now live abroad and they said that there would be an additional shipping fee to ship the filter. I got my replacement filter PLUS a free extra to offset my issues. It fits perfectly and gives me the coffee results I want with a more intense taste. A few things impressed me about this company: 1) They were willing to reverse engineer and manufacture a new filter even though this only applies to 5% of their devices. I think they will step up their quality control and make sure all their aero presses are to the same standard. So once the new filters are distributed to the few customers who need them, they are disposed of. The cost Aeropress was willing to incur to keep its customers happy. 2) From their prompt and honest service, it is evident that Aeropress cares about their customers' satisfaction after they purchase their product. 3) Finally something I've always been happy with; Aeropress coffee with paper filters is the best homemade coffee I've ever had. Few cafes have had better coffee, and for $3 (€2) a cup, they weren't much better. Especially considering they probably used a car worth over $6,000. All I need to do when traveling is find good coffee beans, clean water and a good vessel to boil water 3-5 days after roasting. I like drinking black coffee and I find that the oils and the little debris that the strainer lets through make my coffee taste so good on my palate.
