First off, this is a great iPad case as it's an affordable replica of Apple's smart case. The lid is magnetic and fairly durable. I like this case because it is flexible yet durable. The only problem I had was that I thought the purple case was pastel purple as shown in the picture, but it is actually dark purple, although I love that color. Another problem I had was that I couldn't charge my Apple Pencil with the purple case. It will magnetize to the side of the iPad Air but will not charge. My sister has a pink iPad case and I can charge my pen with her. I changed the case to make sure it was the right case, but it turned out that maybe it's just purple because I couldn't load my pencil with a new one. Not a big deal because I can just remove the case and charge my pencil that way, but it can also be a bit of a hassle. Overall, I would still recommend this case because it's slim and affordable!
