Review on VELPEAU πŸ‘ Compression Thumb Support Brace by Jason Childs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Light, comfortable compression

This is a very light compression brace. (unless I got the size wrong). I have very long arms for a woman and I also play the piano. I wear a size 6.5 ring and my hands are 8 inches from the crease of my wrist to the tip of my middle finger. The distance from the thumb to the pinky is 9 inches when extended. I'm medium height and I hardly feel any compression on my wrist. I really think it's just about keeping the support in place. I feel compression around the base of my thumb. I was having quite a bit of pain at the base of my left thumb and after doing some research I'm pretty sure it's tendonitis caused by my current pregnancy condition. I have definitely noticed a reduction in pain in the last few days after wearing the brace. I have an appointment with the doctor next week and this was only given for support and comfort at the same time. I find it practical and convenient. The fabric is very light and breathable. The packaging is minimal and small and I love that there are 2 packs. The instructions say to hand wash only, hang dry and do not tumble dry. I found this odd as the ad says it's very stretchy and doesn't easily distort the work, but it's not a deal breaker. Please click the button if this information was helpful to you.
