Insufficient support

I tried Medium and then Small. I just don't feel the support I need. I returned them. I liked the idea that they are waterproof.

This is NOT an "elastic clamp " at every stretch.

This is a very thin piece of elastic material, not an elastic bandage, which does not support the thumb and does not help relieve thumb pain. The thumb moves freely as if it weren't there. Terrible, misleading description.

So useful for braces, splints and braces

Happened to my thumb so many times. Not only does it hurt, it also makes it hard for me to hold on to things. I usually have to put on an arm brace that isn't really needed for the full arm, but that was the only thing I had on hand to support my arm. I like this smaller and more comfortable thumb brace. I can wear this and it will help me get the support I need so I don't hurt myself or drop things.

This is a very light compression brace. (unless I got the size wrong). I have very long arms for a woman and I also play the piano.
