Makes dicing vegetables easier

I love to cook but I find chopping vegetables very difficult because I had a stroke and my left arm doesn't work as well as it did before the stroke. This knife makes it easy to dice onions, garlic, celery and carrots. My friends and family look forward to my cooking and even love the leftovers. Wow!
