Their team was really helpful in helping us understand how to use their program so that our store's needs were met as well as theirs which has now moved into an expansion phase with new markets opening up all over this country. I believe they have been able to help other businesses grow but not specifically ours yet because it does take some time before you see any results from using them since everyone operates differently. They would probably need about 3 months or more without seeing significant growth until your business becomes very familiar and comfortable with what you can do through their system. We used them initially when my daughter started her career at one of our stores back then she had no idea what retail even meant. They helped teach me everything and got rid of old school methods like catalogs where customers came in just buying products rather than shopping around.
